MINAUTICS was founded in 2011 by Björn Richerzhagen in Berlin. His experience in information and marketing management justified the first business activities. But the business model changed from a Marketing and IT consulting firm to an operational excellence oriented consulting firm due to the fact that strategic alignment issues regularly arose and the allocation of resources had to be adjusted e.g. before addressing a larger market segment.
Today, MINAUTICS focusses on the improvement of operational activities through latest methodological approaches, i.e. modeling (BPMN, CMMN, DMN), value management and value streaming, media disruption analysis, Ishikawa, Kaizen just to name a few.
